IT Director for Switzerland and part of Europe for a multinational company where he defined strategies, managed budgets, led teams and negotiated with franchise partners.
Director of Operations - Management of about 30 restaurants for a fast food group, with the management of 1500 employees and a turnover of CHF 120 million.
Director of French-speaking Switzerland for a company catering group for 6 years. During this period the group doubled its turnover and opened about 20 restaurants in French-speaking Switzerland.
